What happened

My name is Mr Kenneth Warbrick, address above. contract No 1440409. I had new windows fitted in May 2021. I have contacted safestyle on a number of occasions to try and get my installed windows repaired, by your company. On August 21 I had an engineer around to look at the repair job. who said that he would have to order parts. I was told the repair date was to be today 13/10/21. This morning I received a phone call from one of your agents, who said the parts are not in the depot and he would have to speak to his manager and the repair will not happen today, he would ring me back within half an hour to give me an update. I waited an hour and half but he did not ring back. I contacted safestyle myself after being in a queue for about 20 mins. I was told that the next chance of getting the repairs done was early december 21. and the agent I was speaking to would order the parts for the repair. I don't know who to believe. The faults are, every window leaks depending on wind direction. It has been a long time and we have to dry the window sills after rainfall. (see attached images ) I am worried about the winter and the water going on. carpets, I am very disappointed with this customer service provided by safestyle. I have taken this sentence from your website If they cause you any problems, we'll quickly send an expert round to fix the problem. Could you look into these issues I have and answer the following please. Have the parts been ordered ? I would like to know what is quickly in your terms? ( five months is not quickly in my book)
