What happened

company..Good Grow. order.weed killer paid.23/5 amount.£15.05. when accepting the checkout amount. thei producr has not been delivered, have followed up with 4 emails buthave notreceived any reply or product. while waiting for replies and answers went on the site again and noticed that all weedkiller lines were not available to order.have now ordered from a different source, I would like a refunund of my initial payment. have tried phoning no reply. can you please help me as the firm do not appear to want to bee contacted.

What I wish had happened

On the 25th ofmay orered some weedkiller from good grow,and paid attill,£15.08. product was netdeliveved. sent at least four emails,no replies. tried phoning not answering. looked on site and all weedkillers were not available. have now got alternative supply, can you please get them to refund my money,as trying to contact them is impossible. my details are , ccaitken1937@gmail.com 11glen rise, burton on trent de13 0qd. name colin aitken
