When opening my all in one credit card account I asked for a balance transfer to close an existing credit card. Santander happened to do this twice in error. Raised a complaint, it was resolved within 7 days and as a gesture of goodwill I was offered £100.00. Complaint was resolved in a timely manner and compensation was offered to bring to a close. Great customer service!
