What happened
Since lockdown began I have had no luck getting through to them via the telephone. My concerns and queries are too much to type into an email, I want to speak to someone at the bank. At this time of need all they tell me when I call is that during this time they have had too many calls and have shut the call centre. This is strange as during this sort of crisis customers will need to speak to their bank / telco provider / supplier. Surely?
What I wish had happened
That each call is dealt with in a timely fashion and without delay.
