What happened
I ordered and paid for 6 tickets to see the show Sister Act in August 2020 for my nieces hen costing over £500.... Obviously with current COVID worldwide I expected the event would be cancelled or rearranged - I did contact FEVER to ask if they knew but they said they had to wait before any changes to their programme was made as it depended on government ruling which was fair enough. Since the opening of theatres has not been passed I checked FEVER'S web page and it said that new dates were being put on in 2021 so the day my tickets were booked for would stay the same (the date being 1 day earlier due to a new year) THEN I had an email to say that I needed to re-book my new tickets within 2 months, I lost count the amount of times I tried to re-book my 6 tickets and ended up emailing them to ask for help, the phone line was continually engaged and FB chat just responded with "we are very busy".... I had an automated email response to say they were busy so be patient, which that's fair "however" this was August I have since sent probably 1/2 a dozen times and get the automated response and no more - I am over £500 out of pocket, I had tried countless times to re-book with no joy . It is not right that these companies do not communicate and hold onto your money, now I am at a loss as what to do
What I wish had happened
All I needed was some help to re-book a new date BUT now I don't want them to have my money, their non existent customer service is disgusting
