What happened

I had a flat tyre so I had to get a new one. I couldn't buy it online at the cheaper price because I was stuck and needed a tyre immediately. I had to pay for a premium tyre as it was the only tyre they had to fit my vehicle. I emailed them and explained what had happened and they refunded me the difference.
