What happened

order and placed in a brown bag in reception that I at my stipulated time could come and collect! I really wanted a proper cooked breakfast! Instead I had limited choice of various breakfast sandwiches! Along with a few other items. We selected 2 bacon rolls - we received 2 soggy rolls with VERY fatty bacon on, we asked for 2 Orange Juice we received 2 Mango juice! VILE!, we asked for an orange and apple we received neither. Generally a total con and not worth the £15 per head they charged!! 5. We attended a wedding while there and at one point we got advised to go upstairs if paying by card (Shouted to us by a girl stood on the bar!) we went upstairs they then advised us cash only upstairs card down stairs! GREAT! more poor communication. We asked for a glass of wine and they ran out but said would get some this arrived 45mins later after repeatedly requesting! 6. The wedding was a disaster thankfully I believe the father of the groom is contacting IHG regarding this! I stay in various hotels with work and leisure and never have I had to deal with a hotel in such disarray and so poorly managed! I await your response Regards Rob Herd

What I wish had happened

Offered a full/Partial refund instead I was offered loyalty points to a value of £5
