What happened
order and placed in a brown bag in reception that I at my stipulated time could come and collect! I really wanted a proper cooked breakfast! Instead I had limited choice of various breakfast sandwiches! Along with a few other items. We selected 2 bacon rolls - we received 2 soggy rolls with VERY fat...
What I wish had happened
Offered a full/Partial refund instead I was offered loyalty points to a value of £5
