What happened
I got on the bus in the morning and asked for a return and the bus driver gave me a single. So I asked politely and said can I get a return as that is what I asked for and he was just being really rude and said I did ask you that, when I didn’t even hear him and if I didn’t hear him he should of repeated himself. And because he got it all muddled up he got the change wrong so I gave him £3 and my child return cost £2.20 and he only gave me 10p change which is completely wrong. And because of him I couldn’t afford to get any school meals and had to go the whole day without eating as I needed that money. I am definitely not happy with this experience. There was no need to be rude and then my friend got on the bus as well and she got her words all muddled up as she suffers from anxiety but then she said where she was going and he was still really rude and moody and gave the wrong change to her as well
What I wish had happened
I wish the bus driver had been a bit more nicer to me and my friend. And I wish that he would actually concentrate and do his job properly because he didn’t give me the right change. He just shouldn’t of been rude in the first place and should have more manners especially to his passengers.
