What happened
Ordered for store delivery on 25th October. Delivered to store later than told told it would automatically be sent back. 3rd December still no refund.
What I wish had happened
Refund quicker or deliver to store faster. After all until this I spent around £50 per month for the past 16 years. Boots loss Superdrugs gain. Superdrug even if same owners always on time and great customer service. You can't hardly speak to anyone at boots.
