What happened

i was sent by my partner to collect some lateral flow test kits which she had ordered over the internet to be collected from blackpool store i was given a code on phone i stood in the pharmacy for a couple of minutes while i was noticed a lady rudely said what do you want to which i replied i’ve come to pick up some test kits she said read the sign we haven’t got any i said i’ve see the sign but we have ordered them she said read the sign again i found the lady very rude and will not be using that pharmacy ever again

What I wish had happened

that i had been spoken to properly i thought because we had ordered the tests the sign was for walk in customers
