What happened
They delivered the cards to the wrong address after getting the address wrong. We have had to spend over half an hour on the phone just to find out what had happened. This could have easily been avoided with a little care and attention.
What I wish had happened
They could have contacted us immediately if they were unsure of the address, prior to delivery. They had my contact details so it's bizarre that they didn't think to.
