What happened

I came home yesterday to find a note in my postbox saying the two parcels had be left in my rubbish bin!

What I wish had happened

For the parcel not to have been dumped in my bin amongst our domestic rubbish - like in the greenhouse, like most delivery people leave it or maybe on the mat outside the front door in the rain like the earlier delivery!

Most companies make it really awkward to return a product. With service like this it inspires me with confidence to just order something and not worry about it not being suitable as I know they will deal with any issues quickly.
