What happened

Several parcels have not turned up over the past few months (since December in fact), my Mother’s Day was upsetting as my gifts and cards didn’t turn up when they were meant to meaning my partner was very upset. I have amazon prime and Everytime I see Hermes as the courier, I know I’m going to have issues and usually my predictions are right. I’ve been waiting for a few days now for a parcel which has things I need for my 5 month old ASAP. Was due next day, hasn’t arrived days on and also now the tracking won’t accept my postcode... I am at my wits end. They have no customer service so cannot speak to a human, and holly, their virtual assistance, is as much help as a bucket with a hole at the bottom! I really cannot understand how they are still running

What I wish had happened

I wish there was a customer service line with actual humans we can talk to, I wish there was a way on the app to directly message the courier delivering the parcels that day. I wish they had a social media presence that enables us to talk to someone and I wish they just delivered my item when paid for and promised.
