What happened

A courier collected my parcel but did not leave a tracking number. The scanner wouldnt read the code? She flashed it at me but I couldn't make anything out, didn't know what I was looking at, then she left quickly. I was too far away as respecting social distancing.I have no way at all of knowing where my parcel is. I have tried to call, email & use the live chat but can't progress through any channels without a tracking or calling card number.The app is not showing that I have any returns at all. I paid with instalments and can't alter/stop payments without some sort of proof from JDSPORTS that they have got the parcels & I can't get that from Hermes. JD SPORTS just tell me to wait or contact Hermes! Thank you

What I wish had happened

I just either want to speak to a human for info or that they update the app/web to give update concise information, even if it will take a while to get my refund I need to know what's happening!
