What happened
My parcel was collected from Aldi on Thursday 23rd April 2020 and then was 'delayed' on Saturday 25th of April. Still no change to tracking and absolutely no way to contact anyone to find out where it is. Chatbot Holly is a waste of time. I really needed my parcel so really not happy it has been lost/stolen by My Hermes.
What I wish had happened
I want my parcel to be found and delivered and I would like to be able to contact the company
