What happened

Last September I bought a 3 seater swing seat at the cost of £319.99, the seat was kept in the shed all winter, the seat came out when the sun came out about a June, myself and my husband sat.on it to have a cup of tea,(ages 71 and 73) definitely not overweight. When we sat down I heard a ripping sound and then I ended on the ground, my husband is quicker than me and he managed to help me up. I contacted the firm and their response was “the swing seat is guaranteed for 6 months and my guaranteed has ended,, they are very sorry. Can you please help

What I wish had happened

Either my money back or a replacement
