What happened

I’ve received a completely smashed phone case delivered to me which I paid 12 for including delivery I’ve asked for another one to be sent out to me but with have only refunded me part of my money back they’ve not refunded my delivery money now I’m supposed to pay again for delivery on a product I didn’t even receive that I paid for

What I wish had happened

Be resent the case in good condition and not have to pay for delivery again as I already have
