What happened

I ordered my niece a 3 piece set from h&m on 20th of September I then got a email from Hermes 23rd to say my delivery is local, everyday for 3 days after Hermes emailed me that they told me they have missed me for delivery but I was in waiting for the parcel and I still haven’t received it they never left a delivery note if they put it with a neighbour

What I wish had happened

I would of likes it to get be delivered on time
