What happened

Sent a parcel via Hermes gave recipient tracking number 3 days later recipient emailed me to say they tracked parcel and it says being returned to sender. This was 21st October neither of us have received the parcel Hermes have been contacted several times via their computer resolver email telephone and letter to no avail
