What happened
Driver didn't even attempt to ring my door & then after speaking to the dpd team they got him to redeliver that afternoon & he said it was delivered when in actual fact it showed up on there systems at the depot. Now have to hope redelivery is attempted tomorrow. The two lovely ladies I spoke to Chrissy & Kat done a great job throughout the day trying to keep me up to date on what was going on & did 100% make me as the customer feel like they would help in any way they could. I would love to say thanks to them and dpd I dont think your staff on the phones are appreciated as much as they should be
