What happened
I have sent a parcel with Hermes in the UK I paid insurance on the item It was delivered damaged And they refuse to pay out or even refund the insurance payment The other to America They said they would refund fully and asked for my bank info The very next day they went back on it I am now £400 out of pocket
What I wish had happened
I would like Hermes to honour the refunds I sent these items in good faith and trusted this company That trust has gone These items that they apparently don’t accept was accepted by them as I declared what the items were And still they took my money and ran
