What happened
Well I ordered parcel .this parcel should be delivery on Thursday 26.11 however nobody been there. The driver came on Friday didn’t left card and also didn’t even bother to bring the parcel to my address. He said he tried attending but is not true. Later on I experienced staff from Yodel didn’t help me at and followed the procedures. The driver tried delivering the parcel but for wrong address.
What I wish had happened
I would like to reebok the driver and receive a compensation for £25
