What happened

contents of envelope missing, it arrived empty and partially opened as if someone had opened and attempted to reseal, explored many avenues to try to retrieve items contained inside, but no response from them

What I wish had happened

they should have been more responsible for the safe delivery of the whole item, not just the empty envelope, I suspect foul play and they should have been on the customers side to resolve when it could be a dishonest member of staff responsible
