What happened

Every time they delay the parcels i order from amazon when i pay for prime. Every single time hermes is involved my parcel is always extremely delayed. I tend to skip work to stay home when i anticipate my parcel. Hermes is literally the worst delivery company. With soo many customer complaints , why does amazon prime still use hermes? My Prime priority delivery is already delayed for 4 days without any ETA on my product.

What I wish had happened

Please get my parcel to me efficiently when i am paying for everything beforehand for the advertised service. This clearly seems like over selling and false advertising.
