What happened

I received a text yesterday telling me my Wallis order had been delivered. It wasn't delivered to my property, and I was in all day. The photo they attached to the text was not my hallway. Sent email to Hermes, who replied saying they passed it onto 'SAM' at our local depot, not sure where that is, think it's maybe Carlisle. Have not had a call or any response since.

What I wish had happened

1. That they delivered it to my address! 2. A response would be good!
