What happened

Since The 19th of August I have been cut off by Kindle 6 times mainly because when I ask them to please speak loudly and slowly because I am deaf I feel that I am being penalised also if they can not solve my problem I get cut off I spoke to someone earlier to day who sent me an email in french I am English one again I phoned Kindle and was told that she could not do any thing after all this my problem on my Kindle has not been solved
