What happened

I ordered something from Amazon Morrison. After I have received my order, I found out there were 2 items comes with price tag, and both of them marked price lower than the amount I was charged. So I contacted Amazon customer service. For the first item, that guy refunded me, it’s great. But for the second item, that guy argued with me, refused refund and said the previous refund was wrong, and tried to cancel it. He said to me “it’s well known that the online price is higher that in physical place. ”

What I wish had happened

1. The Amazon web should state that the online price of this item may HIGHER than actual price. 2. They should at least refund me the price difference.
