What happened

I ordered a brand new laptop and when I opened the box after it was delivered, there was an air mattress inside. My laptop must have been stolen in transit. I reached out to customer service and they have said that they won't give me a replacement or refund because I gave the driver the OTP code... but who opens the whole package and pulls the laptop out when it's received?? It is not clear what terms and conditions are being accepted when the OTP code is given.

What I wish had happened

I would like a refund or replacement of the laptop I ordered. Otherwise I've paid for some thief's laptop
