What happened

I ordered my dad a pair of black jeans for Christmas. They sent a dress. They have next to no customer service -only way to contact is Instagram DM and they are extremely unresponsive. They have not fulfilled my order placed and they are demanding I return the dress before they will fulfil my order. My dad will now have no present for Christmas because they couldn’t do a simple job and are unwilling to help.
