What happened

bought a 3 piece leather settee after 15 months leather started to peel away from arm and cushion reported it to scs and they sent an assessor out who examined it and said they would repair the damage 2 weeks later they sent a supervisor out who said it was nothing to do with scs and I should claim on my insurance the insurance assessor came out told me that it was not accidental and after carrying a rub test on the leather told me the colour was coming away ive sent them copies of the insurance letter asked for the 2 reports by their inspectors have not had a reply to any of my emails they did send me quote for £750.00 to carry out repairs unfortunately the settee only cost £450. Their customer after care is abysmal they do not reply to any communication hoping that I will give up

What I wish had happened

THE SETTEE SHOULD BE REPLACED OR MY MONEY RETURNED
