What happened

Absolutely shocking service from Carpetright - I find it incredible that businesses like this one are still afloat in this day and age. They took my money in mid-December and have yet have to complete a very shoddy job - After endless attempts to get this resolved they finally offered £200 quid off which is less than 5% of the total.. #customerservicefail

What I wish had happened

Instant resolution and larger compensation
