What happened

I ordered a take away from a chinese in liverpool during my birthday weekend. The food was undercooked to the point of almost being raw, and over salted. Complained to the restaurant initially who were rude and hung up multiple times, took this to just eat as this is who it had been ordered through, and they were no help and did nlt rakr it seriously, despite being sent pictures of the food (which was the following morning) sho2ing it being uncooked and non of it eaten. There were 8 of us and the order came to almost £90 which was which so frustrating that just eat did not rakr this any further

What I wish had happened

For the takeaway to have apologised and either sent fresh food or offered a refund. For just eat to have contacted the takeaway at least to resolve or offered a refund. I emailed just eat three times after to chase this up abd they ignored every email
