What happened

We had a villa booked beginning 8/6 to Menorca. Just been told they are not going to refund monies as Villa is available to use. No flights available and not allowed to go into Menorca from Uk. We have Ben told to claim form our travel insurance which just seems completely wrong when no one is allowed into the country.

What I wish had happened

Villa plus should have honoured all bookings and given a refund for the Villa.
