We had paid for all-inclusive as one of our party is autistic and has issues eat...

What I wish had happened

I would have liked OTB to have moved us to a hotel of a true like for like at no extra cost. A hotel that offered a buffet all-inclusive. This would have solved all issues. I would have also agreed to be moved to self-catering but they would not reimburse me to make this financially viable.
