What happened

Booked a villa only with villa plus to Menorca on 6th June had no contact from them even when I emailed them.Then finally got an email on the evening of 5th June. The email said the villa was available but due to uk restrictions I would be unlike to be able to go, but because the villa was available I wouldn’t be due a refund. Even though the only way I would be able to access the villa is if I lived on the island of menorca due Spanish restrictions.

What I wish had happened

I would have liked them to have been honest and kept in touch so I knew what was going. I would have liked them to have offered refund as the villa clear wasn’t available to me due to both uk and Spanish restrictions
