What happened

Villa Plus wont refund our villa only holiday we were due to start yesterday - 6 june. They say the villa is available for our use, but know we wont be able to get there and haven't provided instructions to enter property. They wont refund us, wont speak to us, we cant call them. It is not allowed to enter Spain for tourism so why do they say our villa is available for us.

What I wish had happened

A full refund. It is not our fault we weren't able to go, but they have kept our money and won't even speak to us.
