What happened

Booked villa (4th June - 18th June) and paid full balance in March. Didn't hear anything from Villa Plus until a day after we were meant to be away saying that travel and movement had been lifted in our destination and they are sorry we were unable to reach our villa. They want us to cancel so they send a cancellation invoice so we can claim on travel insurance or if we have no insurance they will provide a voucher. However we did not receive any emails from them requesting passport details/flight details. They also did not send us final paperwork of villa details - full address/key codes etc so how could we go? I have tried phoning but can't get through. They have failed to respond to any of emails sent.
