What happened

We had a villa booked for Spain with villa plus starting 30 th may ( villa only ) Villa plus continually changed their policies on their home page from stating all holidays would be refunded to then only those with villa and flights They are not answering phone calls or emails And the complaints on trust pilot support this as too the new villa only face book page group now with over 350 members . Villa plus has broken their terms and conditions as my holiday date came and went and no access codes, instructions for villa , details for keys, directions and no passport details asked as all theses things are in the terms and conditions. I received an email days after our holiday should have taken place where they stated that our villa area travel restrictions had changed and they were sorry we could not access our villa ,,,,,,,,,, this is just a lie as Spain is only allowing essential travel and only if you are a resident ?! This is their reason not to refund ? They are refunding others in Spain with villa and flights but as I asked them why refund those holidays if you are stating to me that Spain was accessible?!?! They are asking me to cancel my holiday in order to claim from my insurance however that invalidates my insurance , I do not want a voucher as I request money back on debit card I have copies of the email and screen shots of the gov page for non travel to Spain . I don’t believe they are paying the villa owners as by law in Spain villa owners will be prosecuted for making villas available . The transport secretary has stated we are due a refund , please help Regards Chris and Elaine Hunter
