What happened
We had a villa booked with villa plus from 16th May-25th May, I looked on my villa availability page and it read not available, my easyJet flight was cancelled, villa plus at this point were offering cash refunds to villa only holidays and I contacted them on 17th May via social media and they told me I would receive a full refund but were running 7 days behind, they are continually changing there terms & conditions and then we received email to say no refund, now changed again to offer vouchers still no money back, not answering emails, social media or there phones so unable to reach them, we are still not allowed to travel or enter Majorca but they are saying that restrictions were lifted on 11th May but we were still not allowed in the country or able to get there also we received no contact from them regarding our villa access, keys, location etc heard nothing from when we paid our balance in January.
What I wish had happened
My money back as promised when I was due to holiday, able to get in contact one to one with villa plus and not be ignored, NO to vouchers (who wants to book again with a company that treats its customers so appallingly)
