What happened

Booked a villa only 28th May -04 June with them up to the 05/05/20 they were offering refunds to all clients, then changed their policy and said we would not be be getting refund as villa was available and that it wasn’t their fault that we couldn’t access it.Now they want us to cancel it and claim off our insurance to claim a voucher which we refuse to do as weren’t given any access instruction as is in their t&cs 10-14 days before Also was told not to ring or email as they would contact us which they did 3 days after we were supposed to be there.

What I wish had happened

We would have liked to have a refund not a voucher which if anything is not the paper it’s written on
