What happened

refusing refund for villa rental in covid 19 pandemic. advising NOT to contact them as they were cancelling and making refund, then to change policy saying villa only clients would be contacted. Never contacted, and now there are refusing to refund as they say the villa was made available. However villa addresses/key collection details never supplied as advised would be 14 days prior, therefore even if it had been possible to travel (against fco advice, and across closed boarders) then we could never have found the properties without the information being supplied. Villa plus have been impossible to contact at any time, and have not advised anything other than the statement DO NOT CONTACT US, we are paying cash refunds within 14 days of scheduled departure dates. All emails sent have been ignored

What I wish had happened

I would have liked that they kept to their word, and paid refunds, not making money from the Covid 19 situation. Therefore not causing so much upset and financial loss to customers affected by a pandemic
