What happened

Booked a villa only to Tenerife same villa we booked last year too. Obviously we couldn’t travel as uk on lockdown 16th may . Paid balance end of January and he’d no more correspondence with them.havnt answered emails and phone just rings they sent an email saying I wasn’t entitled to a refund Then a couple of days later offered a voucher . I have emailed a few times saying not accepting voucher as it was a few different families sharing the cost and all parties don’t want to go next year so have requested a refund they are not replying to my emails

What I wish had happened

They should offer a refund to those who want them I am sure there will be some people accept a voucher but no good in my case full refund needed
