What happened

Refuse to give cash refund for a villa only booking, saying that because lockdown in Spain had ended we could access our villa they have upheld their part of the contract, although it is illegal for us to leave the uk or enter Spain. They also did not supply us with propert access codes 14-10 days before travel, which by their contract they were meant to supply.

What I wish had happened

In the first place if they offered a refund or alternative dates we would of been happy, now I want a full cash refund I lost all faith in the company and refuse for them to keep my money!
