What happened

They are refusing to refund my villa booking and can’t get hold of them plus they don’t reply to any calls emails messages no communication holiday has been and gone not one email or call with address times and key code yet saying our villa was available. Complete shambles and disgusting treatment to thier customers. Told we would all get refunds on website/social media one min then kept changing their minds! Impossible to get hold of or even speak to anyone. I want my money back.
