What happened

I am part of a group with a villa only booking dated May 28th 2020 to portugal, despite the lead Booker emailing them a few days prior to departure they made no contact to advise what would happen with our holiday. Portugal's borders were closed by both land and air and Villa plus failed to send any villa info out, as they always have on our previous bookings. Very disappointed with their level of customer service. Their facebook announcements basically tell you not to contact them! They originally offered no refund and have recently offered a voucher for a villa only booking, which, let's face it, wont be worth the paper it's written on if the company folds! They boast they havent furloughed staff, but you cant get through and they have a whole team who seem to be devoted to responding to bad reviews but not actually talking to their customers! And the reason they havent furloughed anyone is because they are sat on our cash!

What I wish had happened

Very simply a refund from Villa plus for despite what they say, the villa not being available to us!
