What happened

They are refusing to give refunds for villa only customers, saying we could use the villa week of May 22nd even though location in Spain was only in level 1 of opening from lockdown and all flights cancelled could not get there. First they stated full refunds would be given for everyone then changed on the day of our travel, no communication from them until 29th May day we should have been coming home via email stating no refund, then sent another email on 4th June saying they will give a voucher but I have to cancel which I won't do. In process of taking to small claims court.Can not contact them, they do not answer the phone or reply to posts or email

What I wish had happened

Better communication from them, consistent policy as they kept changing theirs and a full refund of my money
