What happened

we had a villa only holiday booked with Villa plus for a villa in Croatia, due to commence yesterday 09.06.2020. However even on the VP website it states the villa is "unavailable" (as opposed to booked) as of our start date of 09.06.2020. VP emailed me saying the villa was available but its not, confirmed by the fact that they could not issue the travel documents, directions, address, key retrieval directions etc. VP cannot provide the service we bought and paid for so we want a full refund.

What I wish had happened

VP to hold up their hands and be honest - villa not available, heres your money back. That is the minimum a consumer should expect when the vendor cannot produce the goods or service.
