What happened

Refusing to refund villa only holiday in Tenerife (22nd - 29th May 2020). No contact at all from Villa Plus prior to the dates of booking, even though we had tried to contact by phone and email. Received email on the day we should have returned informing us we were not entitled to refund as it was because we could not reach our villa. Still can't reach anyone in Villa Plus to discuss this.

What I wish had happened

Villa Plus should have refunded in full us as they had been doing for others with villa only bookings in Tenerife. Lockdown has not ended in Tenerife, at the time of our booking it was only in Stage 1 of a 4 Stage easing of restrictions, so I dispute the fact that the villa was available.
