What happened

Booked villa only holiday for a week commencing 11th June 2020. Our flights were cancelled and have had refund ( mid May). Villa Plus state that because the villa is still available for us ,that they are not liable to refund any monies . They were supposed to contact us 10/14 days before hols. with the Welcome Pack and Address and directions to property in the Algarve.Still waiting.

What I wish had happened

Would expect a full refund and then we would consider rebooking next year.
